The Battle of Tercan, better known as the Battle of Otlukbeli (1473), was a decisive conflict in eastern Anatolia in which the Ottoman Empire under Mehmed II defeated the Akkoyunlu ruler Uzun Hasan, consolidating Ottoman dominance in the region.
