The Junagadh rock inscription of Rudradaman I is a famous 2nd-century CE Sanskrit inscription in Gujarat that records the Western Kshatrapa ruler Rudradaman I’s repairs to the Sudarshana Lake and is one of the earliest extensive examples of classical Sanskrit prose.
